I never knew how crucial is working out until this year. This is because I hated to go to the gym or even do anything, but when we had to stay at home, I decided to change. Therefore, I thought of doing some workouts at home since it is my chance because I will never see anyone except my parents, brothers, and sister. I started doing some cardio, using elliptical at home, then thought of doing some abs or HIIT workout. Therefore, I discovered Chloe Ting. She really changed my life! I am doing now the newest program, which is get fit challenge and this is the fifth. Men and women can do her workouts because we have the same bones and muscles. Working out really made me think about things in a different way and it built my confidence level, which is a part of being smarter. Working out will reduce your stress A LOT. Once you have no stress, you brain functions is a good way, which triggers the muscles to act and think smarter and faster.

When: 4-5 days a week is good enough, minimum 30 minutes a day.

Healthy food is VERY IMPORTANT, this itself will change everything in your life. I know that not all of us love eating healthy food, but to be honest with you, I was a chocolate, soda and fast food lover. However, I stopped all these. I never expected once that I will stop eating chocolate, but I really did cut sugar. Now I only eat once every 2 weeks or a month. It is hard at the beginning, but it is easy now. I never eat fast food anymore as I mostly eat in the house nowadays. This made my health way better!

2- Read
Read, read and read. Reading is very important to discover new things that are based on others experiences. Reading without any question will make you really smart and maybe genius too. All you have to do is to read many things. You can either read blogs like this, read books, read research papers, and much more.
If you don’t like reading, then try to start very small. Instead of reading 10-20 pages of a book in a day, read 1 page. Yes, reading one page is still something because you are DISCOVERING new thing and THINKING about that thing.
How: Grab a book or open an article to read.
When: Read at least for 5 mins a day.
What do you need: A book or a device with internet.
3- Write
Writing will not just make you smart, but will help your brain to think fast too. If you ever noticed that whenever you write, your brain is reading or talking at the same. This is how the nerves move. I also believe that writing is better than typing because you can stick the words into your brains and you don’t forget the things that you write down by hand.
Whenever you write, you are actually doing two things at the same time, which are reading and writing. That is why I believe that this is a super powerful method to enhance your brain and to become smarter. Now you might ask, what should I write? You can writing pretty much anything, books, blogs, ideas, journal and etc.
