I was not aware of this vital aspect until I began to drink around 1/2 liter of water immediately after waking up. Based on my experience, I can say that drinking water makes me energetic. It keeps me active and takes my happiness to a new level. It is prudent to keep two bottles of water somewhere near your bed so that you can drink water instantly after getting up from the bed. You may not feel thirsty, but you should drink two bottles of water as you get up. It should be the first activity you do after getting up. You must do it every day to make it a habit. It has changed my life considerably. Though I don’t take tons of water, my aim is to keep drinking water throughout the day to keep me energetic. The day starts with two bottles of water and it goes on during the entire day to stay alert and happy.

Yes, AS SOON AS you wake up! You can’t imagine how water can make you feel amazing before you start your day. It is a thing I didn’t believe until I started to drink around 1/2 liter after waking up. This makes me active, gives me energy, and boosts my happiness. Have two bottles of water next to your bed and as soon as you wake drink them both. You might not be thirsty, but you have to drink water as soon as you wake up and build this as a habit. I don’t use to drink tons of water, but after drinking water daily in the morning, I started to drink a lot of water throughout the day. This makes me feel energetic for the whole day.

2- Go for an exercise

Any kind of exercise will work. This will not just make you happy, it will enhance your brain, make you healthier, and overall much better. I usually think that exercising in the morning isn’t fun and it is a thing that I don’t want to do. However, I gladly gave it a try and from day one, I felt very good. This is really the secret of staying positive and happy throughout the day. You will get addicted to doing some exercises in the morning.

We all know that most successful people workout before starting their day. This is absolutely a trigger to be a successful person in life and have a full long day to do other things.
