I used to be a sugar addict in a way that I can consume nearly more than 1000 calories only sugar a day. However, I did cut sugar and the first 10 days were tough, but it is easier now. 3- Stop wasting your time on social media

Social media is our nowadays life, we keep browsing on social media for many hours daily. This is a wrong thing to do; however, social media can still be beneficial in terms of connection with great people around. Yet, stop wasting your time on social media because this will not lead you to anywhere. Seeing people’s life daily will let you waste your own life. Stop doing that and focus on your life instead. Laziness is of the thing that we all face. Yes, sometimes we do need to be lazy just for the sake of taking a rest or just not do anything. However, being lazy for the whole time is a killer. Whenever we look back we just see the bad things that happened, at least most of the time. Never look back because you will feel bad, sad, and disappointed somehow if you remember your failures and the bad things that happened in your life. Yes, we do have nice memories, so just focus on the positive things that happened in your because this will improve you as a person. So, whenever you succeed or fail, never look back and just move forward. This is because whatever is gone is gone!

Expecting more will make you feel stressful. Don’t expect from people, really from anyone. Whenever you do a favor for someone just do it for the sake you want to do and don’t put in your mind that you are expecting from that person something. People tend to forget or they just don’t want to give value back. Whenever you stop expecting, you will feel great, happy, and less stress because you know you want nothing from people. Always keep in your mind that you don’t want anything from anyone. This will make you happier!

8- Get out of your comfort zone

This is one of the toughest things to do because I used to be in my comfort zone for a very long time. I never like to do things that don’t make me feel comfortable. I had some great opportunities and chances to take, but I refused due to my comfort zone that I loved to stay in that zone. Therefore, for a better and improved life, you have to get out of your comfort zone because otherwise you will be not a better person. To explore more, get out of your comfort zone. To have more doors open for you, get out of your comfort zone. To succeed in life, get out of your comfort zone. Just get of your comfort zone and you will see your life is getting MUCH BETTER!

9- Stop worrying about things that have not yet happened

You have to go to the doctor after 2 weeks? You have a presentation to give after a month? Stop worrying about the results and anything related to that. Humans always worry about the future and things are coming even after a year from now. However, this ruins happiness and makes us as humans very stressful. Stop worrying about things that have not yet happened because this will not change anything, it will just make you stressful about the things.
